The Clinical Manager supports clinic operations through coordination of key day-to-day clinical functions. The primary functions of this role will be to maintain compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations as well as maintaining clinical direction. The goal of this position is to provide support to clinic staff to assure high quality patient care, efficient clinical operations, and compliance with patient care standards. · Serve as the HIPAA and OSHA compliance officer, ensuring that OHP adheres to the regulations and laws

· Coordinates CPR training for all staff

· Monitor day to day performance of dental assistants and ensure goals are completed that align with the vision/mission of the organization

· Ensure that standards are met for quality and safety controls within all clinics

· Manage patient concerns as they arise

· Develop and maintain standard clinical policies and proceduresalongside OHP Leadership

· Develop and maintain on-boarding processes for new dental assistants

· Provide ongoing training for new and current dental assistants

· Work with the Dental Director and Dentists to ensure daily clinic functions are met

· Work closely with the Operations Coordinator to ensure proper inventory levels at clinics

· Fill in as dental assistant as needed

· Liaison for the Youth Apprenticeship program

· Other duties as assigned
