Responsibilities: • Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the organization's goals and objectives • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legal requirements, including tax laws and accounting standards • Manage the organization's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash flow • Provide financial analysis and guidance to senior management, including identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance • Accounting or Finance Experience (5 years) • QuickBooks and ADP Experience • Strong Accounting Skills (Determined by an Assessment) • Knowledge of Financial Reporting and Analysis • Leadership and Team Management Skills Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000 yearly
