     Support the effort of being a best‐in‐class manufacturer through the fabrication of high quality products that exceed
    our clients’ expectations by:
     Applying technical knowledge to review engineering drawings and determine requirements and
    specifications needed for the fabrication of sheet metal structures of our product.
     Following blueprints and layoutspecificationsto position, align and fit partsfor quality and efficient welding.
     Setting up welding machines with the proper wire speed to produce a quality weld for different materials
    and thicknesses.
     Welding in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions and then examining the welds for quality
    specifications, including proper bead sizes.
     Cleaning welds using hand scrappers, grinders, and sanders, as required, to prepare surfaces for painting.
     Proficiently operating a cutting torch, band saw, ironworker, grinder and other fabricating equipment, as
    required.
     Maintaining a safe, clean well‐organized work area.
     Manually applying a filler rod to weld stainless and aluminum.
     Cleaning stainless and aluminum weld joints using wire brush portable grinders or chemical baths

    Required Skills

     Intrapersonal Skills: Self‐motivated and able to identify, examine, and resolve issues independently from others.
    Hold a strong regard for guidelines, procedures and integrity.
     Production and Processing: Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other
    techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
     Mechanical: Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Tools include:
    welding machine, grander, sander, basic hand tools (hammers, clamps, etc.), fork lift, overhead crane, ironworker,
    cutting torch and bandsaw.
     Technical Experience: Ability to read and process drawings and cut‐sheet packages. Proficient in measuring, squaring
    and math skills. Ability to MIG or Flux‐core weld.
     Computers and Electronics: Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including applications and
    programming such as Microsoft Office Business Suite.
     Verbal & Written Communication Skills: Minimum Skills (Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short
    correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in
    one‐on‐one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.)
     Math Skills: This position requires minimal skills (add, subtract, etc.)
     Arm‐Hand Steadiness: The ability to keep your hand and arm steady while moving your arm or while holding
    your arm and hand in one position.
     Visualization: The ability to imagine how something will look after it is moved around or when its parts are
    moved or rearranged.
     Manual Dexterity: The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two
    hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble object
