Bruder Toys America is looking for a Key Account Specialist / Data- Entry team member for our B2B business. This job is perfect for someone that loves the challenge of managing large accounts and working closely with them. Job Tasks: - Process all Amazon Import/Domestic Orders for US and Canada - Accepting PO's in Amazon Vendor Central - Download accepted PO from Amazon Vendor Central- Importing PO's into our ERP Software system - Creating Box Labels through Amazon Vendor Central - Evaluate shipment and decide based on Amazons requirements how the shipment is tendered - Process the shipment based on inventory available in multiple warehouses - Vendor Central Submitting for Routing - Submitting ASN's - Submitting Invoicing through Vendor Central - Managing Disputes through Vendor Central - Communicating with Amazon Buyer -must be able to write a professional detailed convincing letter. - Communicate with WH to get them prepared for larger shipments - Strong Knowledge of Excel required - Entering Amazon remittance into ERB system and keeping detailed track of any chargebacks and disputing false claims - Knowledge of SAP Business One a Plus (but not required) accounts receivable Dunning processing Late payment calls run credit checks - Positive attitude - Flexibility - Time management skills are key!- must be able to handle large volumes of orders - Good written communication skills - processing LTL Shipments for other clients (All the above tasks must also be done using EDI) Requirements: Must be experienced in Microsoft Windows, Excel, vlookups and formulas a plus Must be organized, neat and detail-oriented Experience in sales a plus Experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Marketplace Compensation: $20.00-$25.00/hr depending on exerience and knowledge Benefits: Medical Dental FSA 401K Paid Vacation / Sick Leave
