An Intern, or Trainee, is an individual completing work for our company to gain solid business exposure and work experience. Intern job duties vary by department, but their common responsibilities include collaboration, learning, becoming proficient in software, completing tasks assigned by their supervisor and attending meetings when they are assigned.

Position Objectives & Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creation, and some facilitation of training programs that lead to employee development.
• Research and develop curriculum content.
• Learn and assist in the creation process of asynchronous lessons through eLearning software, Microsoft PowerPoint, Production of videos, and other supporting content.
• Become familiar with the Learning Management System and related systems used to manage employee training completions.
• Learn about and begin working on creating training and gap mitigation learning plans.
• Use measurement tools to access learning and transfer of knowledge.

Position-Specific Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent completed.
• Solid communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak in front of small groups.
• Proficient in and comfortable using Technology including Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), and Video software (iMovie, Clip Champ or others).
• Detail oriented, good analytical skills, and willingness to learn.
