Responsibilities: • Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants to help secure rental agreement • Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties • Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property • Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal • Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld • Confirm rental application data and personal references to ensure accuracy Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Familiar with leasing regulations • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Past sales experience is preferred Compensation: $132,000+
