    Our professional services client in downtown Seattle is adding a Office Administration Assistant to their growing team. This is an in office role and requires the Office Administration Assistant to be onsite daily Monday- Friday.

    The duties of the Office Administration Assistant include:

    • Managing the badging for newly hired team members
    • Managing the ordering, delivery and allocation of office supplies
    • Preparing conference rooms across multiple floors for daily meetings including ordering breakfast or lunches as needed
    • Liaison with IT to ensure that technology is working for all in person meetings
    • Additional daily tasks that will ensure the office runs smoothly as assigned by management

    The requirements of the Office Administration Assistant include:

    • 2+ years serving as an Office Administration Assistant in a professional office
    • Conscientious, with a great work ethic, a sense of humor, and a team-player attitude
    • Intermediate or higher knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Adobe Acrobat

    Hourly Rate $28-32hr DOE
