Licensed Insurance Sales Producer

POSITION CONCEPT

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPERIENCE:

• To sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers.
• Work Insurance Leads/Follow up on past leads daily
• Obtain sales goals
• Ideal candidate will have at least 2 – 3 years of experience in the insurance industry with Property, Casualty & Life Licenses.
• Must have or obtain an insurance license in Property and Casualty within 60 days of hire and be able to pass a background check. Licensing cost will be repaid after 3 months of employment.

SKILLS and ABILITIES:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and be self-motivated with good follow through skills and a strong work ethic.
• Demonstrate experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other Insurance related software.
• Creative problem solving to seek out best available package for the customer(s)
