Bryan Equipment Sales, Inc. located in Loveland, OH, is seeking a Support Service Representative responsible for working in a team atmosphere to deliver excellent support to our customers regarding a broad range of topics via telephone and email correspondence. Examples of topics include program details, product availability, order placement, delivery issue resolution, product schematic part number look up, and technical assistance with troubleshooting product performance issues. Additional responsibilities include completing administrative processes.

Most interaction with retailers will be through phone and email and therefore the successful candidate must have exceptional phone and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of customers in diverse regions. This individual will have the ability to prioritize and execute task completion while handling multiple duties at one time. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand products technically is a must.

Associates degree or higher preferred; or 4 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Skilled in Microsoft Office products required.
