The Application Support Analyst , at the direction of the Director of IT, provides a broad spectrum of support focused on providing services necessary to assure the continued availability of software, data, and hardware. The successful candidate will be a customer service minded person with an enthusiasm for learning new technology including software, hardware, and cloud (AWS).

General Responsibilities:

• First line of support for all inbound requests from customers internal and external
• Develops documentation of issues, solutions, and routine processes
• Responds to internal IT customer requests for assistance including but not limited to hardware, software, connectivity, and data issues (Windows, MS Office, P21 ERP, Fascor Warehouse System, VPN connectivity, etc.)
• Supports external customers as required (B2B, Internet, Intranet, EDI)
• Develops a thorough understanding of software solutions
• Assists the IT team in all functions as needed
• Recommends, installs, and maintains, inventories desktop hardware and software, telephony hardware, and other office support devices
• Administration and support for various software packages (i.e. anti-virus, phone system, email, etc.)

Skills Required:

• Associate degree plus 1 year experience or 3 years related experience and/or training, Bachelor degree a strong plus
• Excellent skills in serving IT customers utilizing clear and concise oral and written communication, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Effective at troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of issues
• Ability to multi-task
• Desire and capability to learn new applications, software, and hardware
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and Microsoft 365
• Ability to monitor and react to system-down situations
• Ability to work effectively within a team
