Wave Mode LLC is looking for a highly motivated Electrical Engineering Intern for Summer 2024. We are looking for someone to shadow our electrical engineers to assist with providing technical and field support on complex projects, learn how to test prototype systems, and use multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers to debug Hardware issues.

What You Will Be Doing

Under the direct supervision of the R&D Electrical Engineer, you will test prototype systems, conduct field exploration, survey setup and process. Candidate must be able to complete tasks and small projects with guidance and interaction from senior technical staff. Performs field and office tasks (technical and non-technical) and analysis. Ability to positively interact with peers and client representatives required.

Experience:

Pursuing Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field of study. Knowledge in electrical engineering courses preferred;

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel);

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Self-directed and able to work without supervision;

Experience in using common test equipment is a plus (DMM, oscilloscope, SMU, etc.);

Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas; and

Maintains positive internal and external customer service relationships.
