THE OPPORTUNITY:

Bryant Consultants is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Architect and/or Roofing/Cladding Professional seeking to lead and grow a practice group for our Englewood, CO location. Bryant Consultants is a leading engineering consulting firm focused on growth, particularly in the earth science and forensic sectors. Many of its current clients and projects require the expertise of an Architect or a Roofing/Cladding Professional, and Bryant Consultants is looking to hire a well-respected professional who can provide similar expertise while also bringing in his/her own business.

The successful candidate will use his/her engineering/architectural proficiency to investigate buildings and other structures, to conduct root cause analysis, and to propose solutions. The successful candidate will also be an excellent writer and communicator, and take on the responsibility of maintaining and developing strong client relationships. In addition, he or she will partner with engineers and other team members to manage multiple projects throughout all project phases including development, investigation, analysis, and report writing and, potentially, all stages of litigation.

Estimated salary range is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00.

What You Will Be Doing

Conduct investigations to determine the cause and origin of failures, damages, and defects for various industries such as: residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings for to a wide range of failures and make appropriate suggestions for correction;

Performing field work as required for project execution

Partner with engineers and staff to manage projects with varying sizes, scopes, client types, and durations;

Prepare clear, concise, cohesive, accurate, and defensible reports; and

Provide deposition, mediation, arbitration and/or trial testimony;

What You Need for this Position

Excellent communicator;

10+ years of relevant experience;

Demonstrated ability to generate own business;

Testifying experience;

Entrepreneurial bent; and

Minimum be a Licensed Arch. or a roofing/cladding professional; other more advanced certifications will be differentiators.
