This is where our Entry Level Client Associate Team comes in! Our Entry Level Client Associate is responsible for utilizing their relationship-building skills to provide not only unparalleled service for our customers but for our clients. Entry Level Client Associate Responsibilities: Attend daily meetings to stay up to date on all client knowledge, standards/expectations, and customer turnover Work alongside other Associates to most effectively achieve projected office goals Communicate directly with the clients and our customers on services delivered expanding on the advantages and closing donor opportunities Complete all transactions accurately and efficiently maintaining client confidentiality Follow all client guidelines and regulations while interacting with customers to ensure a positive and engaging experience Attend and participate in virtual networking calls to expand client relationships and long term knowledge Learn new strategies pertaining to service promotions, maintain goals of the office, and work closely in a team environment We are not looking for our Client Associate to stay entry-level. We are looking for someone with the initiative to master the fundamental entry-level responsibilities of the Client Associate role and grow exponentially within our firm. We provide cross-training into potential leadership roles where this candidate will have the chance to grow into a position where they can manage Associates. Entry Level Client Associate Qualifications: A background in Client Acquisition, Customer Service, or Communications A degree in Business, Communications, or Advertising is preferred A High School diploma or equivalent An outgoing, energetic, and determined demeanor when interacting with others An undeniable drive for success and professional advancement in a lucrative industry
