    Job Description

    BryceTech is looking for a candidate who will be supporting a DoD client with a variety of needs including acquisition, program management, technology assessment, demonstration support, and testing and evaluation.

    • The candidate shall conduct on-site technical assessments and perform gap analysis.
    • The candidate shall define, analyze, and report program risks.
    • Design and review material separation technologies
    • The candidate shall provide advice to international cooperative programs, and collaboration with international stakeholders, as needed.

    • The candidate shall review and analyze Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Value ECPs.
    • The candidate shall provide input to critical engineering analysis, engineering management support, and program planning at a strategic level.
    • The candidate shall be capable of working independently, able to perform as a principle Point of Contact (POC) and provide leadership to given assignments.
    • The candidate shall routinely interface/coordinate with external stakeholders, contractor, civilian and military in a professional and effective manner.
    • The candidate shall provide technical advice the development of requirement decomposition and management for assigned systems. The candidate will be familiar with the development and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to include working with contractors.
    • The candidate shall have experience with DODAF architectures, and will participate in the development, review, and submission of DODAF architectures for the program.
    • The candidate shall coordinate internal program office activities relating to systems engineering.
    • The candidate shall evaluate, define, analyze, and recommend strategies and potential equipment and/or systems to counter Chemical Biological (CB) threats.
    • The candidate shall integrate emerging technologies to augment systems under development.
    • The candidate shall perform requirements analysis and derive system performance specifications.
    • The candidate shall develop material solutions to incorporate into future Chemical and Biological defeat/disable/destroy systems like the Tactical Disablement System (TacDS) suite of systems.
    • The candidate shall attend meetings or discussions either in person, via telecon, or using Microsoft Teams if on-site gatherings and/or travel are restricted.
    • The candidate shall receive and review draft requirements documents {e.g., Initial Capabilities Documents (ICDs), Capability Development Documents (CDDs), Capabilities Production Documents (CPDs), etc.) from the combat developer, assess feasibility of user requirements, review and refine failure definition and scoring criteria for reliability, and provide feedback.

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 5 years’ experience in product support, policy analysis, quality management or related fields
    • Secret security clearance is required
