    Job Description

    BryceTech is currently looking for a Medical Product Manufacturing Subject Matter Expert. This position will be supporting a high-visibility ASPR client managing over $12B in portfolio value with a variety of needs including support to the project team, acquisition program, and industry outreach efforts. This role will support the development and management of innovative government programs to expand the industrial base for public health sector medical technology.

    The person in this role will:

    • Provide subject matter expertise in the field of medical product manufacturing facility design, construction, and operations. Support the Program Office in the evaluation of technical progress on manufacturing facility expansion for medical products (regulated and non-regulated) and advise on potential risks or opportunities.
    • Support and advise on the evaluation of technical maturity, safety, quality, and certification status for manufacturing facilities utilizing ASPR investments for construction or scale-up.
    • Support the ASPR Innovation efforts, including but not limited to BAA solicitation requirements development and proposal evaluation, as required;
    • Provide training and advisement to ASPR leadership on biotechnology manufacturing and related factors, authoring policies and procures to support known, planned, and future procurements;
    • Support the development of new regulatory policies and procedures in support of IBMSC as required;
    • Support the review White Papers and Full Proposals as required;
    • Support the review of business systems and tools designed to support IBMSC;
    • Travel on official business per the government’s request as required;
    • Demonstrate proficiency with all MS Office products and Adobe Acrobat;
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • PhD in engineering, chemistry, or a related field
    • 10+ years’ experience with construction or scale-up of medical production facilities
    • Experience with federal government acquisition programs.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Proficiency with all MS Office product and Adobe Acrobat
