    Job Description

    BryceTech is looking for a Workforce Position Management Project Specialist that will provide support in the development and implementation of a workforce position management review and a succession plan for our federal government customer.

    The candidate will be responsible for:

    • Working in concert with the Organizational Consulting Lead to help design, plan and execute multiple position management reviews.
    • Support as a thought partner the creation and execution of a succession planning strategy and bringing forward best practices.
    • Review and analyze workforce data to develop recommendations on workforce trends and succession planning.
    • Develop project schedules, prepare briefing packages and presentations.
    • Schedule recurring meetings with stakeholders, document meeting highlights and track action items.
    • Support the creation and distribution of communications to various stakeholders
    • Document processes associated with position management, workforce planning and succession management.
    • Attend, participate in, and facilitate meetings, briefings and presentations.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Graduate degree in a related field of study with 10 years of experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 15 years of experience in appropriate area of specialization
    • Knowledgeable about succession planning strategies and position management reviews
    • Expert knowledge in federal sector human capital business management and operations, workforce strategy and data analytics
    • Experience in performing comprehensive research and program analysis and consultation for all levels of management on complex HR matters.
    • Experience evaluating operational requirements relative to programs, guidance, and review processes.
    • Proficiency in business management tools e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

    Additional Information

    Pay: $130,000 - $150,000 per year
