    Job Description

    BryceTech is seeking an experienced Mid-Level Financial Analyst that will support the ASPR (Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response), Office of Finance, Emergency Financial Services, Director. This will include:

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Drafting/ editing accounting policy for:
      • Documenting financial management system data definitions and functionality
      • Identifying risks, impact of risks, and plans to mitigate risk (e.g. internal controls)
    • Drafting/ editing interagency memorandums of agreement
    • Drafting/ editing processes (to include process maps)
    • Drafting/ editing desktop guides (SOPs) for executing process steps
    • Drafting/ editing training slide desks (PowerPoint)
    • Tabletop exercise development
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Education and experience should include familiarity with accounting standards, law, and federal accounting processes (e.g. interagency agreement accounting). This person will either be editing drafted work products and preparing for final publication (e.g. editing, formatting) or writing drafts for policy based on general direction in coordination with members of the EFS (Emergency Finance Services) team.
    • 4-8 years' experience with writing, budget development or financial analysis support to federal agencies and commercial industry
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
