WHAT WILL I DO AS A RECRUITMENT PROFESSIONAL?
Put people to work every day by sourcing, interviewing, networking, and meeting technical personnel with TS/SCI security clearance and matching them with our open positions.
Develop and maintain contacts in the engineering community through active participation in company-sponsored everts
Collaborate with clients and team members to identify project needs and desired qualifications for technical and engineering staff.
Plan and implement recruiting programs based on qualifications and job descriptions for anticipated vacancies, including creation of effective recruitment materials in a variety of formats

HIRING CRITERIA:
We’re looking for candidates with the determination and work ethic to be successful. The best candidates will have the ability to build positive relationships with engineers and management personnel in the government cleared space and related communities. Technical recruitment experience is a plus but is not required.
