Responsibilities: What You'll Do • Provide prompt and efficient technical support to merchants experiencing issues with payment terminals, software, or related systems. • Troubleshoot a variety of technical problems through phone, email, and remote support tools. • Accurately document client interactions, and solutions, and escalate complex issues as necessary. • Stay updated on the latest merchant service technologies and procedures. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. Qualifications: • Previous experience in a technical support role, ideally in payment processing or a related technology field. • Strong working knowledge of payment processing systems, terminals, and common software. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users with patience and clarity. • A passion for providing outstanding customer service. Compensation: $45,000
