Responsibilities: • Conduct engaging live Zoom product demonstrations for potential merchants, showcasing our POS systems, terminals, gateways, mobile apps, and more. • Understand individual merchant needs to determine the best product fit, even recommending alternative solutions within our portfolio for optimal solutions. • Collaborate closely with our sales agents, providing in-depth product knowledge, technical support, and answering feature-related questions. • Stay up-to-date on the latest merchant services technologies and industry trends. Qualifications: • 1+ years of experience in sales, pre-sales, or a customer-facing technology role. • Strong understanding of merchant services concepts (nice to have, but not a deal-breaker if you're a quick learner!) • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a natural problem-solver. • Proficiency in Zoom and other online demonstration tools. Compensation: $22 hourly
