    We build them, and they come. Well, it’s not quite that easy…we just make it look simple. But our army of talented people works seamlessly behind the scenes building and delivering some incredible websites, stand-out eCommerce stores, brilliant custom applications, and award-winning digital marketing campaigns for the world's most iconic brands. You’ve seen us around, you just might not know it’s BubbleUp.

     Our team is growing, and we’re looking to add a MOM to the mix. Not that kind of mom, although some people around here never turn down the occasional home-baked treats and love it when someone else makes the coffee.

     But we’re on the hunt for a Marketing Operations Manager. Can you bring the sizzle AND the steak? Do you get excited just thinking about how to optimize marketing systems, or developing lead-gen plans for customers? If you’re already feeling warm and fuzzy, you just might like it here.      And just like most moms, our Marketing Operations Manager will be pretty much like a juggler at the parking lot carnival…keeping lots of balls in the air – data, creativity, ideas, solutions, and more – all while singing a cappella and unearthing new ways to beat colleagues in foosball or Pac Man. OK, maybe not that last part (but we do look favorably on those who can spontaneously belt out a Jimmy Buffett tune at around 3 p.m. when lunch has digested and the candy jar is empty).

    Here’s what a day looks like for our Marketing Operations Manager:

    ·        Collaborating with marketing teams to architect multi-touch campaigns aligned with industry best practices (sounds fancy, because it’s pretty important)

    ·        Building chatbots, campaigns, forms, and other lead capture mechanisms

    ·        Working closely with our customers to ensure proper targeting, workflows, and reporting is in place for any new campaign launch

    ·        Establishing and enforce governance for emails, forms, landing pages, etc. for our customers

    ·        Developing multiple email nurture programs that span multiple funnel stages and personas as well as outbound batch emails

    ·        Translating strategy and requirements into the best technical set-up to meet business objectives

    ·        Continuously analyzing operational processes to find and implement new efficiencies (and by continuously, we do mean often…like, all the time.)

    ·        Work with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns based on data-driven analysis, in an effort to improve lead quality and conversion rates

     

    Here’s what you’ll need:

    ·        3-5 years experience working in a marketing automation tool (Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, etc). HubSpot is preferred

    ·        Lots of self-motivation, and a desire to be a proactive contributor to the team

    ·        Exceptional verbal/written skills, coaching, and presentation skills with strong attention to detail

    ·        Excellent organizational skills; the capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, cross-functional teams, and communicate with all levels of management

    ·        Ability to work well in a fast-paced, changing environment

    ·        High technical aptitude

    ·        Innovative, strong business and marketing acumen

    ·        Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

    ·        Natural problem solver and a quick learner

    ·        Familiarity with reporting tools (Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Microsoft BI) and analytical skills to match

    ·        Hands-on experience with lead generation tools (Drift, Intercom, CallRail)
