  • Responsibilities

    Seeking Administrative Specialist in a warehouse setting, responsible for overseeing administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Duties include managing and maintaining inventory records, processing orders, and communicating with suppliers and customers.

    Key Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned)

    • Enter daily NE Regional Orders into Sage 100
    • Enter all daily cash receipts and/or ACH payments daily.
    • Review AR daily to ensure all payments are processed.
    • Review Open Orders for the assigned region to ensure all orders are accounted for and processed accordingly and timely throughout the month and for month-end processing.
    • Provide Delivery Notices to warehouse drivers daily; make sure all applicable notes are documented on each order for drivers.
    • Submit all daily Delivery Notices to Accounting for processing.
    • Review all Material Receipts before container arrival; onsite to verify product received and submit all paperwork to Dir of Operation for processing.
    • Enter all daily activity on the required inventory worksheet for accurate tracking; continue enhancements to highlight important and key inventory information; request warehouse realignments within the facility as needed.
    • Ensure all damaged product is reported accordingly and submitted to accounting for updating in Sage 100.
    • Responsible for monthly inventory counts, verifying information on required count sheets provided; once completed submitting forms back by required deadlines.
    • Responsible for fielding calls and providing customer assistance as needed
    • Key player in assisting the sales department with related communication, mailings, and other applicable needs.
    • Assisting warehouse staff/drivers as needed with paperwork; customer information and/or other related delivery or inventory information.
    • Keeps supervisor updated on all necessary and relevant information at the location.
    • Liaison to Warehouse Staff with communication, paperwork, and other related matters

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask effectively
    • Strong communication skills
    • Experience with warehouse management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite are also highly desirable.

    Schedule:

    8-hour shift Monday to Friday
