ENTRY-LEVEL SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

Buckeye BBC experiencing dramatic growth over the last year seeks an entry-level account manager for the sales and marketing team. Because of our success, we have added new clients and have positions open for immediate hire.

The Entry Level Sales and Marketing Account Manager, as part of the marketing and sales team, is to take over all customer account management responsibilities and focus on acquiring additional revenue streams from existing customers as well as bringing on new customers who can benefit from our product offerings.

Our company provides the opportunity for people to get their foot in the door entry-level and get the training needed to jump-start a career in the fields of sales and marketing. Our hands-on approach allows us to train entry-level candidates with little to no experience to the next level!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Learn and recognize triggers based on customer behavior and engage with customers
• Customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction as part of the sales and marketing team
• Attend daily meetings to set goals and learning workshops
• Learn to anticipate customers' needs and match them with appropriate products and services
• Management of local campaign territory to increase market share and penetration rate
• Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals

REQUIREMENTS:

• Work ethic and commitment to getting the job done in excellence
• Bachelor's Degree required; preference to Communication, Business, Sales, Marketing, Entrepreneurship majors but not required
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in both a team atmosphere and an individual setting
• Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision
