Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Specialist
Buckeye Business Products is the industry leading innovator, manufacturer and marketer of Variable information Labeling products. We are looking for a motivated, highly energized go-getter. You will be responsible for all aspects of recruiting as we look to grow our fast-paced business. Responsibilities: - Learn and understand duties and requirements of every position in the company - Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, schedule, conduct interviews, administer assessments solicit feedback, complete background checks, and prepare and extend offers. - Source prospective candidates utilizing job fairs, internet research, social media, referral networking, direct recruiting, resume databases, job postings and other advertising - Conduct in-person and phone interviews with candidates to review their background, experience, skills and qualifications - Market and sell Buckeye Business Products and its benefits to qualified candidates - Manage all recruiting efforts and media - Schedule and facilitate interview processes with candidates - Establish a candidate "bench" for future openings - Other tasks as assigned Requirements: - Prior recruiting experience of manufacturing positions preferred, willing to train right candidate - Self-starter with a positive "can-do " attitude
