Job Description

BUCKHEAD LIFE RESTAURANT GROUP IS SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED AND PASSIONATE MARKETING COORDINATOR TO OVERSEE MARKETING INITIATIVES FOR ALL OF BUCKHEAD LIFE’S 9 UNIQUE CONCEPTS. THE MARKETING COORDINATOR REPORTS DIRECTLY TO THE CEO.

· Oversee all marketing and branding strategy for Buckhead Life Restaurant Group’s unique concepts in Atlanta and South Florida.

· Responsible for executing Buckhead Life’s largest marketing campaign to promote Buckhead Life’s Ultimate Dining Card, including negotiating advertising, creating campaign collateral, and managing the program.

· Responsible for overseeing Buckhead Life’s comprehensive digital strategy- must have a strong digital background including proven success managing paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and Google AdWords.

· Responsible for managing all development and design teams related to Buckhead Life’s website initiatives.

· Manages all of Buckhead Life’s media relations including drafting press releases, pitching, etc.

· Manage the creation and distribution of all printed marketing collateral.

· Responsible for negotiating all ad-buys, including digital and television.

· Create strategic campaigns based around sales goals, restaurant initiatives, and restaurant events.

· Responsible for managing all marketing technology and databases for the group, including CTUIT, Triple Seat, Open Table Guest Center.

· Responsible for overseeing multiple large-scale direct mail campaigns each year from start to finish.

· Responsible for managing relationships with vendors & advertisers & meeting advertising deadlines.

SKILLS NEEDED:

· Preferred experience working with chefs and in a restaurant environment

· Experience managing marketing for multiple, unique concepts

· Writing, including a knowledge of AP style

·Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Google Mail  

· Experience managing web developers/design teams/agency partners

· Media relations

· Social media strategy management

· An understanding of email marketing & ESPs

· A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

· Exemplary organization & time management

· Ability to work under pressure

· Customer service skills necessary
