They are seeking an ambitious, motivated Senior Manager in Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting to join their fast-paced, dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in the firm's public company financial reporting, supporting compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.
• Coordinate the preparation and filing of SEC reports, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial data.
• Research and draft technical accounting memos, assist in analytic reviews, and contribute to earnings releases and analyst presentations.
• Manage relations with external auditors and advisors, and ensure internal control standards are met.

Requirements:

• A CPA qualification and a Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, preferably with experience in the manufacturing or automotive sectors.
• Solid skills in communication and presentation.
• Experience in drafting financial statement notes, MD&A, and associated SEC filing requirements.
