Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years full-cycle recruiting or agency, professional services or corporate environment (must include managing hiring manager relationship, sourcing talent, phone screening and negotiating offers)
• Experience successfully recruiting passive talent
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably iCIMS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
• Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Must enjoy working in an energized, collaborative and fun work environment 

Preferred:

• Real Estate, Private Equity or related industry experience
• Experience recruiting technology professionals
• Professional in HR (PHR), ASA Certified Professional, AIRS etc
