    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand the essence and advantages of service offerings, preparing for the launch of new services.
    • Develop compelling technical marketing content, including brochures, articles, emails, and posts.
    • Strategize and execute campaigns aligned with the overall marketing plan.
    • Take charge of specific programs, leading them from conceptualization to successful completion.
    • Assess the impact of marketing initiatives, identifying and tracking relevant metrics.
    • Contribute to the creation of marketing plans, providing recommendations on programs and tactics.
    • Stay updated on market trends and competition, proposing marketing research projects to support plan objectives.
    • Contribute to the management of events, conferences, and tradeshows.
    • Support and proactively communicate with the sales team, providing assistance with training.
    • Collaborate with business unit heads, internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors.

    Requirements

    • 3 to 5 years of experience in the life science/pharma industry in a marketing or relevant commercial role.
    • B.S in a scientific discipline (chemistry or biology); advanced degree preferred.
    • Previous experience in service-based organizations, with preference given to those with CRO/CDMO experience.
    • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create content from scratch and proofread effectively.
    • Outstanding communication skills, enabling cross-functional communication at various depths.
    • Excellent organizational skills, adept at managing competing priorities.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
    • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to ~20%).
    • Motivated self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
