    Buckingham Search is partnering with a Fortune 1000 national communications company in Middleton, WI, to find an experienced and curious HRIS leader to help guide the next evolution of our Human Capital Management services.

    The HRIS Manager leads a team that supports enterprise applications in Human Capital Management (i.e. Employee Data Management, Time Management, Payroll and Benefits Management, Talent and Performance Management, Compensation Management, etc.).

    Responsibilities:

    This position is accountable for the IT services provided by the HRIS team to 5 business unit partners. Responsibilities include accurately defining the specific service, creating and maintaining the service roadmaps, managing relationships with stakeholders and vendors, and delivering services effectively. This position also collaborates with the business units, vendors, and industry consultants to define service level agreements and ensures our ability to meet or exceed expectations.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business or related field -OR- 4+ years equivalent combination of technical and functional experience.
    • 5+ years experience in application development and support, preferably in a shared service environment operating SAP or other ERP.
    • 2+ years management experience.
    • 1+ years Human Resources and/or Payroll experience.

    Other Qualifications:

    • Ability to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of multiple projects across a suite of enterprise applications, while also delivering high quality production system support services.
    • Strong leadership, relationship building, communication and customer service skills.
    • Familiarity with a variety of Human Capital Management software suites and the associated users/vendors of these systems.
    • Accountable and committed to follow through with activities, provide regular feedback, and exercise diligence in completing work activities.
