    Our client is a Food Manufacturer looking for a Director of Human Resources (Manufacturing) to oversee multiple manufacturing plants! Are you ready to make an impact, drive employee engagement, and shape the future? We are seeking a talented individual to lead HR initiatives, collaborate strategically with our VP of Operations, and foster a culture of excellence.

    Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop, interpret, and apply HR policies, practices, and procedures across all manufacturing facilities, ensuring consistency and alignment with company objectives.
    • Employee Engagement: Serve as a key partner in fostering a positive work environment, providing leadership coaching, and resolving employee relations issues to enhance overall engagement and satisfaction.
    • Talent Acquisition: Directly manage the Talent Acquisition Department, overseeing recruitment efforts, conducting interviews, and collaborating with department heads to attract top talent.
    • Employee Development: Analyze training needs, design development programs, and promote a culture of continuous learning and safety awareness.
    • Organizational Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, providing guidance to management on matters such as equal employment opportunity and workplace harassment.
    • Team Management: Supervise HR staff, providing direction and support in areas such as employment, compensation, and employee relations.
    • Community Engagement: Plan and organize recognition programs and company events to support our employees, culture, and community involvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration/Management.
    • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • PHR certification preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and HRIS systems.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
