Buckingham Search is working with a highly praised legal organization with providing quality legal services in search of a Learning & Development Specialist. This candidate will be creating, designing, delivering, and working with digital learning programs in order to encourage growth within the organization. The Learning & Development Specialist will be working closely within the firm’s Digital Learning Team to promote learning programs through digital usage. The best candidate for this role will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is excited about creating digital learning lessons and coaching of others.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitates digital learning through hands-on instruction, software demonstrations and briefings, workshops, one-on-one coaching, and virtual formats (e.g., webinar, videoconference). Provides feedback to encourage growth.
- Collaborates virtually with the Learning and Development team; provides feedback to achieve high-quality results.
- Ensure consistency and coordination
- Works with the LMS Coordinator to enter accurate data in the firm’s system by generating rosters, forms, reports, ect.
- Identifies and recommends areas for continual improvement to ensure high-quality service and effective learning resources.
Required:
- A minimum of 3 years in technical training and support in a legal or professional services environment
- Advanced knowledge of Windows-based systems. Familiarity with document management systems and other legal applications (iManage DeskSite/FileSite, NetDocuments, redlining tools, Word numbering applications)
- Experience remote training tools (e.g., Webex, Adobe Connect).
