    They are seeking a Mortgage Sales Support Analyst. This position is responsible for coordinating member financial institutions through the process to become a seller.

    Duties of the role:

    • Evaluate and analyze preset funding agreements (Master Commitments) and members’ sales into program to prevent funding interruptions
    • Assess financial institution’s applications for MPF program, suggest and develop tools to enhance process
    • Subject matter expert on requirements to join program, and how to be successful in program long term
    • Research regulatory changes affecting mortgage industry, assess impact to members, report to sales and management
    • Build reports to track status from application through active funder
    • Liaise across internal departments to ensure member satisfaction
    • Interface with members to solve problems, answer questions
    • Knowledgeable about mortgage origination, secondary market and servicing processes
    • Aware of various systems used in mortgage industry and how they interface with MPF systems
    • Other duties as assigned

    Software requirements:

    • Ability to build queries through Access/Tableau/SQL
    • Strong Excel skills, ability to analyze data

    Experience Requirements:

    • Two to five years experience in mortgage industry
    • Five or more years experience with direct customer interaction

    Education requirements:

    • Bachelor degree required
    • MBA or other advance degree desirable
