    Job Description: We are seeking an International Tax Manager to join our dynamic finance team. This role involves managing and overseeing the international tax function, including compliance, reporting, planning, and strategy for our global operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing our tax position and ensuring compliance with all local, national, and international tax laws and regulations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the preparation and review of international components of the income tax provision.
    • Manage and coordinate tax compliance and reporting requirements across various countries.
    • Advise on tax-efficient structures for international operations and expansions.
    • Oversee transfer pricing policies and documentation.
    • Liaise with external advisors and internal stakeholders to manage tax audits and inquiries.
    • Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation across all operating regions and assess their impact on the company.
    • Implement strategies to minimize tax liabilities and support business initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax, with a proven track record in a multinational corporation or public accounting firm.
    • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and tax compliance and reporting requirements.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals.
