    We're seeking a National Accounts Manager to join our team and lead the charge in increasing and maintaining profitable sales of our products to Distribution Accounts. If you're ready to take on a pivotal role and make an impact, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!

    About the Role:

    Your responsibilities will include overseeing and managing the current product listing, identifying opportunities for new business, and launching new products within the assigned channels of business. We're looking for someone with a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to analyze business trends and develop growth strategies with AWG, HEB, Hyvee, and others.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage the current product listing and opportunities for new business.
    • Develop and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers to drive new business opportunities.
    • Provide cross-functional leadership to identify new growth opportunities.
    • Analyze business trends to develop strategies for business growth.
    • Maximize volume and revenue using fact-based selling methods.
    • Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to maximize brand performance.
    • Align company strategy with customer goals to maximize growth opportunities.
    • Meet annual sales targets as assigned.
    • Develop monthly sales and demand forecasts.
    • Ensure adherence to expense budgets and company policies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of direct and/or agency-managed sales experience in CPG, with a background in selling to HEB being a must-have.
    • Strong planning, oral, and written communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal, selling, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and sustain multiple relationships.
    • Proficiency in business analytics, including computer literacy and finance/controls.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and execute on new business opportunities.
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
    • Proactive and creative problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
