Director of Internal Recruitment

This is a hands-on, delivery role, aligning the recruitment strategy to the business and market needs; directly sourcing candidates, whilst also liaising with traditional recruitment agencies. This role sits in their office in Rosemont.

Key Responsibilities

• Highly demonstrate OTI core values; positive attitude, work ethic, urgency, and teamwork
• Enthusiasm to help design and implement a senior management strategy
• Prioritize, plan, and carry out recruiting needs with hiring managers
• Search for and engage candidates through various platforms
• Write and manage effective online content
• Qualify candidates through interview processes
• Collaborate with the management team to develop best recruitment & retention practices in the industry
• Take on a lead role in the design, recruitment, and development of internal recruiting department

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 + years of corporate recruiting or agency recruiting experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and sense of urgency
• Enthusiastic about being part of a growing team
• Strong decision- making skills
• Creative thinker, problem solver
