    Why This Role Is Valuable

    As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will build solid relationships with managers and employees by providing advice on employee matters. This role is responsible for assessing and anticipating people-related needs to deliver valuable service to management and employees. The ideal candidate for this role is an individual who is both passionate and innovative about real estate. This individual must be someone who can work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and is detail-oriented, service-focused, and adaptive.

    HOW YOU ADD VALUE

    • Oversee day-to-day operational support to process employee changes
    • Be a dependable mentor and reliable source of information for managers and employees
    • Assist Senior Business Partner team to resolve issues in a proactive manner
    • Partner with hiring managers to initiate recruitment. This includes assisting with job descriptions
    • Assist with employee relations, employee development, performance improvement plans, terminations, and documentation
    • Support performance management process including goal setting, reviews, and compensation
    • Conduct exit interviews
    • Provide recommendations to enhance both culture and engagement
    • Review trends and analytics to help inform solutions, programs, and policies
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of employment laws related to the day-to-day management of employees
    • Manage company programs and internal training

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THIS ROLE

    Required:

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Capability to quickly build trusted relationships with stakeholders
    • Interest in supporting DEI and culture initiatives
    • Ability to travel domestically on a regular basis (i.e., [2]x per month on average)
