    A Fortune 200 Health Sciences company is looking to hire into their Audit and Compliance Rotation programs. This company is known for not only creating products that enhance people's lives but enhancing the lives of their own employees through a combination of great benefits and lofty career paths.

    Specifically, they offer: generous salaries + bonus (and RSUs at the Manager level!)

    401(k) with Match where the employee contributes 2% and the company contributes 5% AND a Pension Plan funded 100% by the company as well. They include 8-week Paternity leave in addition to phenomenal Maternity leave also.

    As a Senior you will be traveling a good deal of your time (as a Manager only about 20%)Travel is mainly to Europe and domestic audits are either here in Chicago area or California. International Audits are usually about 3-4 weeks at a time and include a $575-weekend stipend so you can go and travel and have fun on the company dime. When off an audit, work from home on Fridays, averaging only about 7 days/month in the office.

    This is a true rotation program with most rotating out of audit after 18-24 months moving into operations, investor relations, strategy, and other areas.

    The challenging and rewarding work involved:

    • Plan and execute Financial audits throughout international and domestic organizations.
    • Coordinate execution of financial audit plans to optimize audit speed and effectiveness.
    • Coordinate efforts with audit as appropriate.
    • Prepare and present financial audit findings to business stakeholders.
    • Identify and communicate risk & control themes.
    • Participate in the financial risk assessment and development of the audit plan for assigned entities and critical systems.

    The most qualified candidates will have:

    • Bachelor’s degree and of two years of work experience obtained with a public accounting firm or equivalent internal audit experience with a global company.
    • Experience planning and executing financial audits.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • 50% travel to International and Domestic locations.
