One of our favorite international manufacturing clients which is \#2 in their space is hiring a Senior Compliance Manager (Audit) as soon as possible!

Reporting directly to the President of the organization, this person will develop, execute, and continuously modify a risk-based integrated annual plan encompassing regulatory compliance (including SOX), financial, and operational audits.

This company is at the forefront of sustainable manufacturing and is dedicated to driving the organization into the future through global sourcing strategies for emerging and existing technologies.

Who you are:

• At least 6 years of audit, accounting or finance experience
• Solid understanding of U.S. – Financial Industry
• Knowledge of legal and/or regulatory compliance requirements:

• Federal: AML, OFAC, ECOA, FCRA
• State: UCC, Mandatory disclosure laws (CA, UT NY)
• Previous regulatory financial compliance experience
