A multinational digital media company is looking to hire a Senior Tax Associate to their team! The role will be located in their Chicago Loop headquarters and will provide high levels of exposure to Senior Leadership. This is a diverse role spanning federal, state, local, and even international tax issues. You will support tax planning and research, including provisions, as well as domestic tax compliance. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare complex federal and state income tax returns
• Prepare federal and state quarterly estimates and extensions
• Prepare U.S. international tax returns
• Prepare aspects of the quarterly and annual tax provision process, including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
• Develop processes to improve efficiency of the income tax processes
• Develop and manage working relationships with internal customers and external advisors
• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of federal and state income tax laws, legislation and current developments
• Support tax-planning projects
• Be an integral part of the tax team
• Special projects, as needed
