    TALENT MANAGER

    Reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources, the Talent Manager has broad and tactical responsibility for attracting, selecting and onboarding new team members. Additionally, the position has strategic and tactical responsibility for identifying development and growth opportunities within the workforce, based on existing or anticipated organizational needs.

    Requirements:

    • Ability to write compelling ads and postings for a target audience.
    • Full understanding of organizational development.
    • Ability to use HRIS/ATS Systems effectively.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    Other considerations:

    • Bachelor’s in Business, Human Resources or equivalent (Required)
    • SPHR, or PHR Certification
    • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
