Buckingham Search is partnering with a leading global technology solutions provider who is searching for a Manager of Technical Accounting! This role will be a key member of the Corporate Controller’s group.

You will perform activities relating to:

• Technical accounting and SEC reporting
• Technical accounting research, documentation, accounting
• Training with a variety of technical accounting areas including goodwill, rev rec and financial instruments
• Accounting for new acquisitions
• Managing the SOX controls
• Drafting external reporting disclosures
• Finance integration at the acquired business

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA required.
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Ability to perform research in US GAAP and SEC reporting rules
• High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proactive self-starter and team player who seeks new challenges and continuous improvement opportunities
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
