    They are looking for a Staff Accountant to join their team. The best part about this opportunity is that the growth potential is tremendous.     You will work across expense analysis and reporting, payroll and benefits, ADP integration, reconciliations, compliance and audit, and much more.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in payroll accounting, benefits expense analysis, and reconciliations.
    • Proficient in ADP and experienced in ADP-D365 integration.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, complex formulas).
    • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or similar ERP systems.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience with multi-state payroll accounting preferred.
    • Previous experience in optimizing financial systems and processes preferred.
