Our client is a household name and a globally recognized e-commerce platform. They are looking to add a Senior SEC Reporting Analyst to join their growing team!

In this role, you will be a key player working across a variety of projects and teams. Working closely with the Senior Manager and Manager of SEC Reporting, you will:

• Prepare financial statements, footnote disclosures, GAAP disclosure checklists, and MD&A disclosures.
• Collaborate with the investor relations team to assist in the tie-out of financial data in earnings releases and investor presentations.
• You will prepare, distribute, collect, and analyze information received in the international reporting packages.
• You will help prepare the quarterly cash flow statements.
• You may help other technical accounting workstreams, such as stock-based compensation, leases, revenue recognition, etc.

Qualifications:

• Public Accounting experience with SEC clients 

• CPA

• Controls experience

• 2-3 days in office

• Friendly, strong communicator

• Workiva experience
