    Human Resources Lead

    Buckingham Search is thrilled to be working with an architectural lighting systems manufacturer to fill an immediate opening for a bilingual Human Resources Lead to serve as a strategic partner to the company. This role will guarantee human resource operations function effectively in support of the company, management, and employee needs. The Human Resources Lead enables management of all aspects of HR operations to support an employee-focused and high performance culture. This person will report to the Sr. Director of Human Resources, being a key HR Partner to the Operations Management Team.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Partner with Operations Leadership Team to understand and execute the organization HR processes, policies and initiatives

    • Collaborate and partner with internal stakeholders to identify and implement continuous HR process improvements

    • Provide general HR leadership and guidance to managers and employees

    • Lead and manage all aspects of performance and talent management

    • Take actions in monitoring employee performance by preparing evaluations, providing advice based on evaluations, and tracking future progress

    • Advise, train, and coach supervisors and managers on employee relations

    • Recommend and implement workplace improvements by reviewing and analyzing business metrics

    • Lead all benefits programs to include leave of absence programs, new employee orientation and open enrollment process.

    • Manage HR Operations

    • Assist with the development of various training initiatives centered around business needs and company goals

    • Manage all human resource policies and programs

    • Support safety objectives by participating in plant safety teams and initiatives

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree

    • Bilingual in Spanish

    • 3 years of HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment

    • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience
