We're currently seeking a skilled DEI Data Analyst to join an incredible global law firm! As a DEI Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing a range of diversity data assets, developing reports for various internal and external requests, and helping to shape DEI strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Independently complete DEI data reports for standard RFP/RFI, ad-hoc client requests, and third party requests
• Develop data models and review DEI analysis to facilitate data requests
• Collaborate with the Strategic Planning team to prepare presentations, survey responses, and other communication materials
• Monitor and track the status of all DEI data requests throughout the workflow
• Stay updated on industry DEI trends and best practices
• Utilize external benchmarking tools to track progress
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the company
• Support the DEI Data Analytics Manager in communicating with key stakeholders
• Assist the DEI Manager, Data & Analytics with projects and process improvements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of experience in a data analysis role
• Experience with reporting and query tools, databases, and data management
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work well with others and maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
