Responsibilities:

• Manage Region of new business activities
• Oversee New Customer Onbaording Process
• Creates pricing structures, promotional plans and demo promises
• Hiring and Managing Sales Reps
• Holds reps accountable with regular reporting and CRM
• Develops Regional new business relationships and events to add business

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
• Experience in planning and implementation of sales strategies
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Ability and proven experience in managing and directing a sales team
• Dedication to providing great customer service
