Service Administrator
Our window covering products are beautiful and functional, and custom-made to suit style and needs of each and every customer. These products also require installation and ongoing service years after the sales are made. As our Service Administrator, you will take charge of our service operations to ensure as our customers' products are received and scheduled promptly for installation, as well as to coordinate needed repairs and factory replacement services for our valued customers. You will communicate regularly with our customers, vendors and installation partners.This opportunity is based out of our San Francisco showroom location, but there is the ability to perform some duties remotely. We do offer company-paid health benefits, including dental and vision, and a 401k program with company matching. Qualifications
Previous customer service experience
Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
Understanding of office management procedures in a service-oriented business
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valid CA Drivers License preferred, but not required
Ability to lift packages up to 30 lbs
