Our office serves a limited geography covering Central Oakland and San Francisco.

Responsibilities

Complete 2 to 3 in-home consultations each day

Offer expert design advice to customers

Accurately measure windows and place orders for products

Document all sales communications

Respond to emails and phone calls promptly

Follow up on all leads and pending sales to closure

Stay current with industry trends and product releases

Participate in weekly sales meetings and periodic trainings

Qualifications

2 years of sales and account management experience.

Experience with window coverings or other home-improvement in-home sales desired.

Experience with a customer management software (CRM) strongly preferred

Valid CA Drivers License.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong math skills

Must be able to climb stairs and lift 25lbs

Measure overhead and while on a 4-foot ladder

Honest, Respectful and Service Oriented required.
