    Responsibilities

    Manage deliveries as they arrive to the warehouse

    Ensure all deliveries are checked in and recorded

    Manage inventory of supplies in the warehouse and the installation vehicles

    Schedule installations with customers and installers

    Ensure daily schedules/appointments are understood and kept

    Review schedules and adjust calendars as necessary

    Ensure that the proper paperwork is available on installation day

    Continually look for ways to improve our processes and our customer’s experience

    Update Sampling for the salespeople and order new samples as needed

    Manage communications with suppliers and shipping companies

    Qualifications

    High School diploma required; college degree preferred

    Operations, retail, and/or management experience preferred

    Ability to communicate effectively and articulately orally and in writing

    Professional appearance and attitude

    Strong time management skills and ability to work independently

    Positive and friendly demeanor toward every customer and colleague

    Computer and technology skills with a focus on Microsoft Office and Google Drive
