The sales people show clients our beautiful window treatments and helping them to select the solutions that are best for their homes. We work with many exceptional manufacturers so you can address all of your clients’ desires better than the competition.

What you do

Your day is filled with the satisfaction of helping people turn their homes into spaces where they love to live. We offer window treatments from an assortment of the best manufacturers, so you can fulfill your clients’ desires with ease. In this role you will also have the opportunity to meet with vendors and influence product lines, and drive the direction of the company.

NO cold calling! Our clients come to us and set their appointments based on your schedule.

You’ll offer in-home consultations to help clients find the solutions that make them happy in their homes.

You follow the clients project from end to end, processing their orders and coordinating the installers.

To be successful, you are detail oriented, a great communicator, personable, creative and have an interest in color and/or interior design.

We offer proven training methods! No previous design experience is needed, we offer paid training with our Budget Blinds product experts, and in-home training with our local team. You are supported through the entire training and selling cycle.

Huge support from Budget Blinds corporate at all times. We have technicians, product specialists and managers ready to help with any questions or support you may need during the selling process.

Qualifications

2 years of sales experience preferred

Excellent, clean driving record

Excellent written correspondence skills

Strong math skills

Proficient in MS Office

Must be able to climb stairs and lift 20lbs.

Measure overhead and while on a 6-foot ladder

Honest, respectful and service oriented required

Must be based in the San Francisco area

Nice to have

Experience with window coverings including drapery is helpful

An interest in interior design such as fabrics, colors and textures

Experience with a CRM

Flexible work from home options available.
